At BagZone, your satisfaction is our priority. Whether you're shopping online or visiting our physical store, we strive to make your experience smooth, secure, and worry-free.

🚚 Nationwide Delivery Information

• Karachi: Delivery within 1–2 working days
• Other cities in Pakistan: Delivery within 3–6 working days
• Shipping Charges: Absolutely FREE
• Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (no weekend or public holiday deliveries)

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or public holidays. We will keep you informed along the way.

🔁 Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Exchanges are applicable for:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Size or style mismatches
• Items damaged by customer misuse or wear & tear are not eligible.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all exchanges.

Please note: We do not offer cash refunds. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a BagZone gift voucher.

💳 Refund Method

Refunds are available only in the following cases:

• Order cancellation before shipment
• Exchange not possible due to item unavailability

In such cases, we will issue either:

• A BagZone gift voucher
• A business cheque (processed within 10 business days)
