🔁 Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are applicable for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Size or style mismatches
- Items damaged by customer misuse or wear & tear are not eligible.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all exchanges.
Please note: We do not offer cash refunds. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a BagZone gift voucher.

Refunds are available only in the following cases:
- Order cancellation before shipment
- Exchange not possible due to item unavailability
In such cases, we will issue either:
- A BagZone gift voucher
- A business cheque (processed within 10 business days)
